Common questions

What do I get without paying?

Every visitor can take 100 real estate agent contacts a day without an account or a card. With a free account, each day's contacts stay on your dashboard so you can export them later.

What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?

The site stops serving new records until your next billing month starts. Your dashboard and your CSV exports keep working the whole time.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal and nothing else. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Payments are not refundable, which is why the monthly plan exists: try a month before you commit to a year.

Where does the data come from?

The contacts come from public brokerage websites and agent directories, and we clean and deduplicate them before they reach the site. The counts on the homepage describe the live database.

Is there an API?

Yes. API access comes with every paid plan, Growth and Scale, billed monthly or yearly, and the documentation is public on the API page.
